My item is faulty or damaged

If your Evertrail Supply item is faulty or arrived damaged, contact Evertrail Supply with your order number and a description of the fault.

Faulty and damaged items are refunded in full. The refund includes the price of the item and the original £4.95 delivery charge if one was paid.

Evertrail Supply pays the cost of return postage for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. Do not post a faulty item back before contacting Evertrail Supply.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of Evertrail Supply receiving the returned item.

Evertrail Supply does not offer replacements or exchanges. If you want the same item again, place a new order.
