How long do I have to return an item?

You can return an Evertrail Supply item within 28 days of the date you receive it.

The 28-day period starts on the day your order is delivered, not the day you placed it.

Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with any original tags still attached.

Returns received more than 28 days after delivery cannot be refunded.

If your item is faulty or damaged, contact Evertrail Supply rather than returning it under the standard 28-day process.
