When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of Evertrail Supply receiving your returned item.

Once the refund is processed, it is returned to the card you used to pay. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3–5 working days to show the refund on your statement.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom.

Refunds cover the price you paid for the returned items. The original £4.95 delivery charge is refunded only if the item was faulty, damaged, or not the item you ordered.

If more than 10 working days have passed since Evertrail Supply received your return and you have not received your refund, contact Evertrail Supply with your order number.
