Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Evertrail Supply does not offer exchanges.

To get a different size or colour, return the item you do not want and place a new order for the item you do want.

You can place the new order immediately. You do not need to wait for your return to be received or refunded.

Returns must be made within 28 days of the date you receive the item, unworn and unwashed, with any original tags still attached. For a change-of-mind return, including returning an item because it does not fit, you pay the cost of return postage.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of Evertrail Supply receiving your returned item.
