How do I return an item?

To return an Evertrail Supply item, follow these steps:

1. Contact Evertrail Supply with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. Evertrail Supply confirms the return address.
3. Pack the items securely, including any original tags.
4. Send the parcel to the return address and keep your proof of postage.

Your order number begins with EVT- and is shown in your order confirmation email.

Items must be returned within 28 days of the date you receive them, unworn and unwashed, with any original tags still attached.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the cost of return postage. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Evertrail Supply pays the cost of return postage.
