I haven't received my order confirmation email

Order confirmation emails are sent from orders@evertrailsupply.com immediately after your payment is accepted.

If you have not received your confirmation email, check the following:

1. Check the spam, junk, and promotions folders in your email account.
2. Search your email account for evertrailsupply.
3. Check that you entered your email address correctly at checkout.

Your order is not affected if the confirmation email does not arrive. If your payment was accepted, your order is placed and will be dispatched within 1–2 working days.

If you cannot find the email, contact Evertrail Supply with the email address you used at checkout and the approximate date of your order.
