Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel an Evertrail Supply order at any time before it is dispatched. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.

To cancel an order, contact Evertrail Supply with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, it is cancelled and refunded in full.

You cannot change the delivery address on an order after it has been placed. You also cannot change the items, colours, or sizes on an order after it has been placed.

If you entered the wrong delivery address, contact Evertrail Supply immediately to cancel the order, then place a new order with the correct address.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can return it within 28 days of delivery for a refund. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the cost of return postage.
