My order hasn't arrived

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.

If it has been fewer than 7 working days since you placed your order, your order is still within the expected delivery time.

If it has been more than 7 working days since you placed your order, check the following:

1. Check the delivery address on your order confirmation email is correct.
2. Check whether a neighbour or another person at your address has taken the parcel in.
3. Check any safe places where a parcel may have been left.
