When will my order be dispatched?

Evertrail Supply orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom. Orders placed at a weekend are dispatched within 1–2 working days from the following Monday.

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Contact Evertrail Supply with your order number to cancel.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the delivery address cannot be changed.
